These Terms of Service govern your access to the YoungMan AI website, early access communications, planned LLM API gateway, and related AI automation services.
Company
YoungMan AI is operated by YoungMan L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company. In these terms, “YoungMan AI”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to YoungMan L.L.C.
Product Stage
YoungMan AI is planning a unified LLM API gateway and related automation services. Some features described on this website may be planned, in development, or available only through limited pilot engagements. We do not guarantee that every planned feature will become generally available.
Services
Our services may include:
- LLM API gateway planning and early access support.
- Integration with third-party model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude.
- AI automation workflow design for small businesses and cross-border ecommerce teams.
- Prompt, routing, structured output, usage tracking, and workflow implementation support.
YoungMan AI does not provide financial services, money transmission, investment advice, legal advice, medical advice, gambling services, adult content services, or regulated decision-making systems.
Third-Party Model Providers
YoungMan AI may connect customer workflows to third-party AI model providers. Those providers operate their own models, infrastructure, policies, and pricing. We do not own the foundation models provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers.
You are responsible for using AI outputs appropriately and reviewing outputs before relying on them in business decisions, customer communications, regulated contexts, or public-facing materials.
Acceptable Use
You may not use YoungMan AI services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or deceptive activity.
- Provide regulated financial, legal, medical, insurance, credit, employment, housing, or similar decisions without appropriate professional oversight.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
- Bypass usage limits, security controls, provider policies, or access restrictions.
- Process data that you do not have the right to use.
We may decline or stop work on any use case that we believe is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or outside our business scope.
Fees and Billing
The planned commercial model is usage-based API fees. Early access or pilot engagements may use custom written terms that define scope, usage limits, billing units, payment timing, and support responsibilities.
No fees are charged unless agreed in writing.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data, prompts, files, and business information you provide. You grant YoungMan AI the limited right to use that information to provide services, respond to inquiries, operate workflows, debug issues, measure usage, and improve service reliability.
Do not send sensitive personal data, regulated data, trade secrets, or confidential third-party information unless we have agreed in writing that the workflow is appropriate for that data.
Intellectual Property
YoungMan AI retains ownership of its website, brand, technical designs, software, documentation, templates, prompts, workflow patterns, and service materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-specific deliverables can be governed by a separate written agreement.
No Warranty
The website and any early access services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoungMan AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
